Hello Community!
My symptoms:
1. I've turned on my EliteBook 820 G4. It was only a black screen and a cooler sound (at high speed). No response to mouse/keyboard.
2. After about one minute I've decided to turn it off by pressing power button for a few seconds. The laptop has turned off.
3. The next turn on - black screen, and the only reaction is a cyclic blinking backlight of the keyboard and status leds in some repetitive manner: [content removed]
4. Any next power-off- power on - going back to point 3
to break the cycle:
5. I've removed a battery for about 5 minutes, then put it back, then plug in the power cord for 15 minutes
6. After pressing the power button, the cycle has started from point 1 and ended in point 3
Any ideas?
