Product: HP Envy Laptop Model17-ce1003ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
After completion of burning the subject DVD disc, I got a message saying "EVENT C0AA0301".
The disc seemed to have been created properly, but I don't know how to interpret this 'Event" code.
Is there a driver or firmware update which I require? Driver shown in Device Manager is 2006 vintage Microsoft
so I expect there is a newer HP-supplied driver I need to clear up this Event problem.
All Windows updates are installed, including the Additional Product ones.
One last thing, in Device Manager, the DVD drive is listed as CD ROM drive in 'Details' tab.
Thanks for your assistance.
