Hi.
I have scanjet pro 3000 s4 and working good, yesterday I open HP scan software in windows 10 and appear new update and I accepted it.
After update the scanner did not working.
I get this message when I turn ON scanner
(<USB device not reconized>t he last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows doesn't recognise it).
And HP scan software show there is no scanner found.
Name of update file is ( HP ScanJet Pro 3000 s4 UpdateFirmware).
Is there any solution for this issue?
