Brand new DesignJet T2600 plotter.
Shipped with introductory ink cartridges, which, in itself, is a scam.
Ink empty now and trying to replace but get error message "Ink Cartridge Incompatible".
The cartridges were recently purchased and are genuine HP.
Checking for a solution on HP forum, there are many, many users having this problem.
Websites are filled with this error.
Got multistep workaround instructions that did not resolve problem, not a solution.
Wasting valuable time messing around with HP product flaws.
A routine task such as replacing cartridges should not be difficult.
Troubleshooting HP products is a cottage industry.
HP product quality has gone downhill, buyer beware!
