Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Envy 5055 had been working fine. A week ago I tried to print from a computer through wifi connection.  Made noises like it was printing but the paper came out without any ink.  Tried to make a copy manually on the printer and it did print so I knew it wasn't empty or clogged.  For the past two days, I have tried all the suggestions given by the app and support resources and it still is not working.  I am not too technical so any help or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
