I am trying to set up my OfficeJet Pro 6975 for wireless connectivity. I was able to get the HP App to recognize the printer, but when I proceed, I am stuck with a loading screen that says "Getting ready for setup" with a blue spinning circle. It's also grayed out with a white box covering portions of the loading screen. Sometimes the screen remained for a long period of time, other times it would crash. What can I do to fix this problem? Should I try and restart the whole setup process again? Let me know of any possible solutions that I can try.
