Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP ZBook Thunderbolt 3 Dock that works fine with my Windows 10 HP laptop.  I also have a Windows 11 HP laptop but when I connect, nothing happens.  Is the HP ZBook Thunderbolt 3 dock compatible with Windows 11 and if so, what do I need to do to make them talk?
