I recently upgraded my Mac Operating System from High Sierra to Monterey, version 12.1. Now my HP Officejet 4630 will not print in black. It continues to print colors. The black ink cartridge still has ink in it. If I print from my wife's laptop, using High Sierra, the printer works fine.
I am trying to install the latest driver, HP Easy Start, that I have downloaded from the HP website. It gets stuck with a spinning symbol with a message that says: "Preparing for device setup..." I went to HP support and followed their instructions for uninstalling the old software, but that didn't help either. The printer is connected to my network. I can't seem to get past this point in the installation process. Any ideas?
