Hello, 

I recently changed jobs and my prior employer did not want me to return the Laserjet Pro MFP 225dn, allowing me to keep the printer. When I tried to access the printer's setup menu, I was asked to procide a passworsd. I do not recall ever setting up a password, though it is possible as I had tis printer for a few years. I had the same experience when trying to access the printer's webpage.

 

So, I am hiopeful someone can help me reset this printer to the original factory specs 

 

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
