Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a  HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b010 (Touch)

The beep code is 2 LONG, 2 SHORT.

I understand this to be a BIOS issue. The computer was updating windows 10 overnight but at some point the beeps codes woke up the house. I have tried the BIOS recovery flash but when i follow the steps to use the BIOS flash recovery by inserting the flash with the BIOS and pressing (Win+B) at start up or (Win+V) I just get the beep codes. Is there any other alternative means to fix this?   Is my machine bricked on a Win10 update of my BIOS?
