Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Habe ein Problem mit dem HP Business Inkjet 2800, dieser Drucker ist noch nie benutzt worden, also neu.

Leider stimmt an diesem Drucker was mit der Firmware nicht. 

Menu Tasten für die Einstellungen gehen nicht. Drucken tut der Drucker.

Benötige dringend die letzte Firmware von diesem Drucker.

Hat die jemand? oder kann mir weiterhelfen.
