I have HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba077TU. From last few days my laptop is closing down automatically no matter whether it is plugged on charging or not. No error or message pops up it just close. Usually happen when I move the laptop or grab it. I have run hp diagnostic software - system test- both quick and extensive but it shows all test passed.
