Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Good Day!

 

I bought my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3788 in Dubai which uses the 652 cartridge. Unfortunately the said cartridge is expensive in my country. I read here that I can do a regional reset which will enable my printer to use the 680 cartridge instead. Can someone please assist me on how to do the reset. Thank you.
