Product: Hp photo envy 7858 all in one

My printer is stuck on the loading screen. I’ve unplugged the power cord from the printer and wall and waited 10 mins and it’s still doing the same thing. I can’t turn it off w the power button either. I think I need to reset it completely but I don’t know how.
