Product: OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1097nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help finding a replacement battery for my Omen 17 laptop, yet i cant find one anywhere and i dont know how to go about getting the battery replaced, as i cannot do it myself. Should i go to a bestbuy? The battery will charge if im not using the computer, but will not charge in any fasion if i am using the laptop, or it is turned on. Battery drains from 100% to dead in 20 minutes, making it impossible to use the computer.  Any help at all would be appreciated.
