Hello,
Every single time I open HP Smart, as well as on my Windows 11 and on my Windows 10 laptop, it says "Printer status unknown". I can print, but I can't use the scanner function.
Yes, re-installing helps, but I don't want to do that every single time ! I also tried to download and install the full drivers package of my printer (HP OfficeJet 8012e), but the only option I got on https://support.hp.com/ is to download... HP Smart...
HP, please fix this ! The internet is full of this problem, but no solution...
