All of a sudden, my HP scan and Capture is getting a general failure, I up graded a bit back to windows 11 everything till this point was working I went to scan a photo and it would not scan even tired on documents to see same thing. I checked to make sure my Envy 5055 was connected on the app/program, and it is. I ran the scan doctor it was showing nothing. I went on to do the following: checked my Windows defender firewall and check to add programs, next I tried device manager to look for updated drivers according to everything my drivers are updated still the same thing getting general failure, I then tried unplugging the scanner from the computer and did a restart on both the printer and computer, that did not work I next uninstalled Scan and Capture and reinstalled result same thing general failure, I am at a loss I used this program often so for it now not to be working? I just used it two days ago everything was fine. I am stumped at this point as I need this to be working.
