Operating System: iOS

Distressed as my printer will soon run out of ink which will effect the quality of my business!
I can't connect my printer to basic wifi as the wifi provided by my landlords doesn't give me access to the router. 
It won't connect to my 3G wireless celluar data, so I can only go so far in terms of trying to sign up for instant ink. 
I'm finding it nearly impossible to contact customer service over email or social media and right now I really regret buy this printer!
I wonder if anyone has solutions on dealing with this. The company has charged me already as well, for what I'm not sure!
