Product: HP Notebook - 14-cf0014dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I opened the laptop the screen was covered in lines that are pink and blue and black and it was still working besides from the line but there was a black crack looking shape on the top of the screen and I could feel no crack on the screen only see the black mark.
