Product: HP Notebook - 17-by0008ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
The display hinge mounting screws which were secured on the plastic bottom cover came off.
When opening /closing the lid causing the laptop's bottom cover to rip open. Laptop was out of warranty, as I am using for last 3 years. I seldom open the lid as I was using an external monitor. But this issue seems to be due to the poor quality of the plastic, that did not firmly hold the screws.
What are the options I have now to get this issue fixed ? Will HP value their customers and and fix their product quality issue ?
