Product: HP Pavilion 15-p051nd Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, since some time the temp of the cpu (AMD-8, 4 cores) of my HP Pavilion 15-p051nd laptop becomes more than 90 degrees C although I don't run massive programs.
In nearly idle cpu-state the temp does not lower below 55 degrees C. It's all too high. Starting a browser the temperature-protection switchs the laptop off.
I cleaned the airflow-access. Choosing a low-power-scheme does not help. What to do?
