Product: HP OfficeJet 5258 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have the error message “Indicated cartridges are not communicating with the printer” stuck. Tried reinstalling the cartridges and searching other solutions. No help from the virtual agent. Can’t get new cartridges because the printer isn’t communicating. No person to call. What do I do now? Thanks
