Product: HP Stream 14-cb161wm Laptop PC

So I’m trying to login into my computer and I’ve been login in with the right password and “Your credentials could not be verified” will keep popping up making me unable to login in . I’ve never seen this before so I’m not sure what to do, I’ve tried to setup a new pin and it’s still isn’t working.
