Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I bought a new HO Officejet because mine kept blinking an error. I also had to turn it off and on each time I printed for it to be online. My new Office-jet 9015 e is now doing the same thing where it’s showing offline and it’s not offline. Can someone please advise what could be the problem?
