Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this laptop for my girlfriend a few months ago. It's been great, the odd usual computer hiccup here and there, but today it shut off with no warning and will not reboot. When pressing the power button, the screen lights up for maybe a half second then immediately shuts off with no other actions occurring. 

 

She has tried turning it on both plugged in and unplugged, with the same result. She cannot test if it is a battery issue because this model has an in-case battery that isn't removable without taking apart the laptop. 

Any help would be appreciated. I build PC's but I am in way over my head here.
