So my printer is connected to my house's network and I can still print documents from my computer. But to scan, I need to access HP Smart. But the printer appears to be offline so I can't add it to HP Smart. I've tried everything I could find online but nothing works. While trying everything, I tried to detect scan issue on HP Print and Scan Doctor, it says "A problem was found with device registration. You should remove the software by clicking Uninstall. Reinstall the software with product CD or by downloading the latest Full feature software from the HP Customer Care (Recommended)."
I don't have the CD anymore so I'm looking for a way to download the software.
If you have any better idea, please help. Thank you.
