Hello, wonder if anyone can shed some light. I've gone to print on my Envy 6032 for the first time in about 8 months after getting the pirnter just over a year ago. There are two problems I'm having...
1. The coloured ink on the HP InstantInk Overview page is showing an error of "Non HP Instant Ink Cartridge Installed" and that I wont receive any new ink until I replace this...but the ink in at the moment is the one that came with the printer originally (Thats how little its been used) I'm also on the hp Instant Ink scheme so I dont want to be buying a new cartidge on top of the monthly fee, any advice on how to get a new ink shipped to me please 😄
2. The black ink level is showing up as fine but when printing it is printing with thick lines missing out of the ink almost as if it is running out. I have cleaned the cartridges but this hasn't helped
Appreciate any help I can get thanks!
