Product: All-in-One HP ENVY 27-b105nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
hi, I have an HP ENVY 27-b105nl All-in-One purchased on 07-10-2018.
After a year I sent it in for repair (they restored it with a clean install of windows 10).
Now I want to restore it with HP CLOUD RECOVERY but I can't because it keeps giving me the error "incorrect brand name"
how can I do?
