HP Recommended

Brand new deskjet 2700 wireless printer.

All connections to wifi and insert of cartridges fine.

When comes to 'adding printer' on 'add device' finds the printer, but requests WPS pin.

Entered pin from back of printer, says 'quit waiting'

Tried again. Printer prints out 3 new WPS pins - all tried immediately but printer 'quit waiting'

Tried pressing WPS button on wireless router at same time as wireless button.

Tried adding as bluetooth device.

tried virtual assistant - no response.

Help!
