Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd1000 RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My new laptop is saying my battery needs to be calibrated.  I charged to 100% and left it plugged in for over 3 hours as the instructions say but when i run the test again it keeps saying it needs to be calibrated.
