I launched a print after a week in which I did not print, the print ended with a bad result and then reported the cartridge failure error. I tried to do the reset as instructed and clean the cartridge contacts, but the result does not change. The cartridges are original from the ISTANT INK program. Reporting this error, INSTANT INK cannot detect the status of the cartridges and cannot send me new cartridges. Can you help me?
