HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey all, I have an All-In-One 8620 that was working great for a few years.  I'm signed up for Instant Ink, which again, has worked for a long time.  For a month or so, now the printer says it's not connected and printing will cease soon until it can connect and communicate with HP.  I've checked the wireless connection.  It's connected with an excellent signal strength, like it has been for years.  Nothing has changed with the home environment.  Printing out the wireless status shows it's connected with no issues.  I just tried an hardline ethernet connection instead... printer displayed the ethernet connection is good with no issues... Again, when connecting to report pages are printing to HP, the printer says it's not connected and will stop printing soon.  Looks like firmware is up to date.  It communicates with my desktop, and my laptops can print to it wirelessly as well.  Is this something on HP's end?  If I can't fix this, what setting to I need to turn it to so it just prints without reporting (and I'll stop the Instant Ink program).
