HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0104ax
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this HP Pavilion gaming laptop about a year ago. At first there were no issues while I was playing games for the first few months. After about 3 months, I first noticed the issue when I was playing Far cry 3. The laptop stopped charging when gaming and it only started charging when I switched off the power and turned it back on. During these times it would randomly occur, usually when I play games which require more performance. But after 6-7 months this issue started to occur more frequently even for games with lesser performance. I contacted the HP support, they asked me to calibrate the battery and reinstall the battery drivers and check. I did the same but it did not fix the issue. Has someone else also faced this issue? Its quite annoying as laptop is a gaming laptop and still I cant play games in it properly !!!

All the windows updates and Driver updates are done but still the issue persists.

NOTE-

One strange thing I noticed is when this issue occurs, if I unplug the charger from the laptop and connect it back. It doesn't resume charging. But if I power off the main switch and switch it back on, it resumes charging. So can this be an issue with the charging adaptor? I'm also not sure.
