After installing Windows 11, the fingerprint scanner for windows hello no longer works. I have tried downloading the driver from the hp support website and it did not solve the issue. Under Settings > Fingerprint Recognition (Windows Hello), it says "We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint". I had it working before on windows 11 but after I reset I cannot get it to work again.
