Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop -15t-ed000 CTO

I need to send in my HP ENVY x360 laptop-15t-ed000 CTO to have the hinge repaired.  There was recently a class action lawsuit against HP for this issue that has recently been dismissed.

 

I've just spent an hour trying to contact anyone at HP that can help me with this issue.  I see that others have had their laptop hinges repaired at no cost.  HP please contact me!
