HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP8610 printer carriage is jambed/stuck to the right. It will not move and the ink cartridges cannot be removed. Message says remove paper jam, and there is no jam. Any help will be appreciated.
