I'm trying to reconnect my HP Envy 6055 printer. I had to do a factory reboot, so now I am trying to go thru the HP App printer setup. It starts off fine, but then gets to "Sending network information..." and gets stuck in a loop. The "I" button blinks and the "x" button is red. But nothing happens and it won't get past this step to finish connecting to wi-fi.
It finds the printer, and configures the printer, but that's it. The purple light stays on, and eventually the "i" and "x" turn off.
Also, it disconnects my laptop (which I am using to connect to the printer) from my wifi and creates a "HP=Setup<98_ENVY 6000" network
I need help! This printer worked fine 2 days ago and then it wouldn't go online. Now I'm stuck. HELP!
