Hi

 

My camera stopped working after Windows 11 update.

 

I've followed all instructions from Windows troubleshooting, help from a real person from Windows and routine HP advise.  Nothing has worked.  I've updated drivers.  tried to search for webcam driver.  HP repeatedly advise all drivers are present and correct.

 

Windows person suggested it has the incorrect driver??  USB video device rather than internal? 

 

I would be grateful for any help as I need this fixed urgently as I use the webcam for my work.
