Hi,
I have an HP Spectre Folio laptop that I purchased 3 years back. Couple of days back, I booted my laptop and it gave me a black screen with the message -Boot device not found. I went to the registered authorized HP Service center (UbreakIfix) and they ran diagnostics but they weren’t able to fix the issue. They said because it’s a leather bound laptop they couldn’t really do much with it. They don’t even want to check the battery because that would require removing it from the leather casing. There is no contact details on the HP website and and I don’t know how else to reach anybody in HP, especially since the laptop is out of warranty. . Can someone please help me with this? Thanks in advance!
