Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I put documents to be copied in the automatic document feeder there is no response from the printer. It does not recognize that there are documents there and will not pull them in to be copied or scanned.
