I have bought a new Omen 15 gaming laptop with ryzen 7 5800h with an rtx 3060 100w , intially the gmes i've played had no problem but now pratically in all games i have a low gpu usage without any aparent reason. the cpu runs smooth at 5 to 6 percent and the gpu just doesnt stay stable at all and is always around 66 percent to even going as low as 44 percent and is never fully used at all . i have also tried to change the power plan to high performance and also updated the latest drivers in geforce experience , tried to change setting in nvidia control panel but nothing seems to work as it feels like all my hard earned money goes to waste because the gpu never performance on its full power , all the games i play feel shuttery and laggy like im playing on low end gpu although i have a rtx 3060. its just a shame and a complete waste by hp. i hope you understand the problem i have at hp and atleast try to make the most out of my rtx 3060 or it is a completely waste .
