Hello ,

I hope my post finds you in good health.

After erasing the secure disk of my scanjet 7000nx scanner, at startup there is a message that appears disk is not bootable, please download firmware.

when I click on download firmware from the administration tools page, the printer displays download from TCP
Configuring network interface
Wainting for connection at 192.168.1.129 on port 8816. and gets stuck here?
I can't ping the scanner's ip address.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem.
Is there a method for downloading firmware from a usb key?
I want to remind you that if the scanner has a valid ip address, we cannot ping
