Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
- Instant ink account shows account in good standing and this printer as enrolled, but not connected, yet the printer itself shows that the wifi is connected yet the instant ink cartridges won't work because the printer isn't enrolled. I guess the printer isn't actually connected though it's acting as if it is? Re-entered the wifi info, restarted the printer several times, restarted the router though nothing else is having trouble connecting. Online instant ink account shows that the printer synced today at 6 a.m.
