Hi Everyone,
We recently bought a HP Later 54 Cutting Solution at work and we successfully installed it on our network via a ethernet cable. We have some network issues and the user asked me if we could install it via USB cable on their comptuer. The software HP Cutter Control Software is already installed on the computer but no matter what i tried i can't seems to make it work via usb, windows detect the usb device but can't seems to install it, it only shows as unknown device. I went and look on the hp website for any driver but i can seems to find one, i did update the firmware to the newest hoping it will fix it but no luck.
I searched for the installation guide and came across this procedure but if you look at number 3 i can't seems to find the Install USB Driver option. I also read somewhere that when you first install the cutter it will use the first connection method and disable the other, so i was wondering did it disable the usb port ? if yes can i turn it back on ?
I tried to uninstall the HP Cutter Control Software and reinstall it but nothing is working.
Does anyone have encountered this problem ? Can anyone help me on it? Thanks alot for reading this and sorry for any fault in my typing since english is not my first language. Have a great day everyone.
