Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer
I am trying to scan something and when I click on the scan option on the mobile app, I get a prompt to log in. My email address is already populated, I enter my PW (already checked 10 times, it's correct) and I log in. The next screen instructs me to click the continue button, so I do and get a blank screen with '403 forbidden' written on the top. The app won't let me log in so all I can do right now is print from my laptop.
