HP Laptop - 15-gw0018nia
Microsoft Windows 11

I just accessed the hp website and went to the driver section, and I could see that some drivers were not installed on my system by default and the system update doesn't provide them as well. I don't know if I should install them.
This is because I remembered trying installing a driver for my GPU from the internet but for some reason, it was conflicting with what hp can work with. Each time I install the driver for the GPU and I check system updates I see that there's an update for the exact driver but instead it takes it back to a previous version.
So that's why I"m not sure if it's safe to install this as well. Some of the drivers seen there which I don't have are BIOS, Diagnostics, and connection optimizer.
I initially thought hp would provide all that's needed in the system update by itself because honestly so far, each time I try installing a driver with a third-party application there would always be complications and it happened recently as well.
I'd be really grateful if I could get an answer regarding my issue, I feel so scared when downloading and installing drivers for my system, bad things seem to happen. I'd like to also note that the third-party application I used in updating drivers as well was driver booster 9(deleted).
