Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello HP,

My Victus 16 is R5, 3050ti, ram 16gb. it can play many games with high setting smoothly, above 80 FPS, but sometimes, it drops to 20 FPS, and I have to restart to play games smoothly again. I still don't know what is the cause. During the day, I just shutdown laptop, and I just restart 2-3 days later or when have a new updates from Windows.
