When I first purchased my HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e all in one, I signed up for the ink plan. There was either 6 mos or one year trial period. I forgot all about it until I received ink cartridges in the mail. I disenrolled in the plan and discarded the cartridges (because they could only be used if you have the plan). That was a month or two ago. I recently updated to Windows 11 and my Printer won't work. It says I cannot print until I enroll in HP Smart Instant Ink. When I attempt to enroll, the message on my laptop says "you are already enrolled". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer, but to no avail. I have tried for 3 days to fix it and am at my wit's end. I am 74 and not very tech savvy. I can't even find a place to speak to a Human Being. HELP!!!
The cartridges in my printer now may be the originals I started with and there is still ink left in them. I would appreciate help. I really need the printer for grandchildrens' schoolwork and medical info
