Product: T120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, a customer brought me an HP T120 saying that the display remained completely white.
Having another HP T520 plotter I unmounted the display from that and replaced it with the one from the HP T120 and it works perfectly.
Now I can only guess that the original T120 display is damaged. But being robust displays it seems strange to me that it is broken. Have there been any other cases of broken displays on this series?
