Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

got my brand new 14s today and its great, but noticed a very faint crackling/sizzling noise coming from the underside of the laptop. i have to have my ear right next to it so like i said it is very faint but none the less concerning for someone like me who has never owned a laptop before. it doesn't seem to be any interference from the speakers, its just from the underside and doesn't seem to get any louder or change pitch at all, its just a constant from when i turn it on to when i turn it off, although i havent put any heavy load onto the cpu yet but so for its been a constant

 

was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if its normal for a laptop
